The board of the Student union

The president of the student union leads the work of the union board, is responsible for strategic study monitoring, and represents the student union and the students of the Defense Academy internally and externally.

The student union's vice president is the deputy president. As head of the student social committee, Leo is responsible for coordinating, planning and implementing the student union's student social activities in the committee.

The student union's second vice president is part of the student union's presidium, and participates in the management of the student union.

The secretary is responsible for keeping a protocoll of the union board's meetings and for the student union's governing documents. The member manager is responsible for ensuring that the student union's member management system is in order and for the members' benefits.

The Traditions coordinator coordinates the student union's traditions, and is responsible for the student union's medals, songbook, and tradition regulation.

​The student union's equality and equal treatment officer leads the student union's work with equality issues, and works to ensure that all members feel safe at the university and the student union's events.

The student union's communications manager is responsible for the student union's external communication with members and students at the Defense University.

The deputy head of the study social committee participates in the management of the student union's study social activities.

The head of the Labor Market Group Kompass is responsible for the management of Kompass, and coordinates the student union's labor market activities.

The treasurer is responsible together with the board for the student union's finances, and is responsible for ensuring that, among other things, the student union's bookkeeping is ongoing and correct.

The student union's civilian section is responsible for the student union's operational study monitoring

The section representative for HOP is part of the Higher Officer Program's trust organization and represents HOP students within the student union.

The section manager for the doctoral section is responsible, together with the President, for the student union's study supervision at the

Swedish Defense University's postgraduate program.
