We in the Labour Market Committee, KOMPASS, at the Swedish Defence University Student Union work to strengthen the connection between students and working life. By organizing career days, lectures, study visits, and networking events, we create meeting places where students have the opportunity to make contacts with employers within defence, security, crisis management, and leadership.

Our goal is to inspire and prepare students for a future working life within sectors where their skills truly make a difference. We collaborate with government agencies, companies, and organizations to increase understanding of the labor market's needs and to give students the tools to navigate their career path with confidence and direction.
