Mission
With the utmost reverence, we hereby present the Marshal's Office – one of the Student Union's most venerable and spirited institutions, regarded by many as the merriest within its vast domains. The Marshal's Office is the body within the union entrusted with the task of preserving, nurturing, and developing the academic customs, practices, and traditions that give student life its distinctive character and dignity. Through its work, the office ensures that student ceremonies and festivities are carried out with both joy and proper etiquette.
The Office is present at the union's celebrations and gatherings, where the Marshals work to uphold order, atmosphere, and tradition. During formal dinners and ceremonies, they guide participants in matters of conduct, dress, and academic custom, all to create a shared and memorable experience.
With the student cap worn with pride and tradition as our guiding star, the Marshal's Office constitutes a living link between the past and present-day student life at the Swedish Defence University.
